Buyer: Any Company currently in or entering into the Cosmetic Industry that buys any of the components, products, or services offered by our advertisers and Suppliers.

Consumer: Any individual or retail consumer/customer who uses cosmetic products, and is searching for more information on cosmetics, any student doing school or personal research, or any Company that is not a Buyer or Supplier of components, products or services.
