The Foragers Cosmetic Industry Associates is a growing organization whose purpose is to exchange ideas, discuss common problems, find solutions to those problems, network and assist fellow members. We meet four times per year with a relevant industry topic as the forum.
It was founded in February 1897 as the Foragers of America by a group of cosmetic sales executives as an organization to help one another in securing cosmetic lines, jobs and exchanging industry trends in a social setting. Over the years there have been active members who were willing to give unselfishly of their time. As a result, the FCIA is the only cosmetic organization to weather the many changes our industry has experienced.
Our membership has broadened to encompass all segments of the cosmetic industry. We have seen an increasing growth pattern in the in the number of memberships in the past couple of years and are pleased to have you join the FCIA.
Today our membership includes marketing executives, manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce retailers, suppliers, agencies, distributors and others related to our industry. We are so glad that you chose to become an active addition to this talented roster of members. You will meet and develop friendships with some of he influential people in the industry.
